17 East Park Road

6 Bedrooms & Unknown Bathrooms
Built before 1909 in Queen Anne? Victorian style
17 East Park Road is a fascinating home, and a fairly old one at that. It is the only home in Llanerch that has a classic turret. This is not uncommon of Victorian homes, as Victorian homes are iconic for their assymetry and individual features distinct to one side.

History
The home is at least as old as 1913, as Isabella McCormick, who lived in the home, died with her address listed there. Although it may not be the same structure, there is a home on the lot in the correct position listed in Mueller's 1897 Atlas. There is also a home located on there for the 1908 map of Haverford Township.
1920 census: Railroad coal clerk Roy is heading the Malsbury-Strickland clan with his Irish-born grandmother.

J. Clarence died in 1930. In 1952, N. Whitmack was living there, and by 1955, Henry and Katherine Spragg were living there. In 1961, Patrick and Margaret Lough were listed as residents. In 1964, Patrick Sullivan, who resided in the home, died.
For whatever reason, the house is not present in the 1940 or 1950 census.
